Dave has been active in the Poestenkill community for many years. His service includes:

• Town Councilman since 2014 — fighting to keep taxes low
• Planning Board member (2010–2013)
• Treasurer of Poestenkill Business Association — raised $25,000+ for Hurricane Irene relief
• Founder of the Poestenkill Farmer's Market
• Initiated natural gas discussions with National Grid
• Petitioned to condemn the NY SAFE Act

Dave and Martha raised their three boys — Max, Lucas, and Alex — in Poestenkill. Dave believes it’s a wonderful place for families and works hard to keep it that way.
